Why We Do Not Automatically Move Furniture

• Insurance Boundaries: Our professional liability insurance specifically does not cover the moving of heavy, large, or complex furniture items.

• Risk of Damage: Moving heavy pieces increases the risk of accidental scratches to your floors, damage to the furniture joints, or breakage of items inside or on top of them.

We want your floors to get the best clean possible! To make things easier, we offer the following options:

• Clear the Space Ahead of Time: For the most thorough clean, we highly recommend moving any small items, chairs, or light furniture out of the room before your scheduled appointment.

• We Can Assist (At Your Own Risk): If there are a few items you cannot move on your own, our team is happy to lend a helping hand. Please note that because this falls outside our standard insurance coverage, any assistance provided is strictly at your own risk, and we cannot be held liable for any accidental damage to the furniture or the flooring during the move.
