Tiled Floor & Grout Cleaning – Important Information
Grout cleaning involves mechanical agitation and professional extraction/rinsing using specialist equipment designed specifically for hard-floor and grout cleaning.
We take reasonable care to avoid damage to tiles and grout. However, we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing defects, loose, deteriorated, cracked, incomplete or poorly bonded grout, including grout that has previously been repaired or replaced.
During cleaning, the removal of accumulated dirt and contamination may reveal existing defects or cause already loose or poorly bonded grout to become detached. This can be particularly relevant where grout has recently been repaired or re-grouted.
Customers are responsible for advising us of any previous repairs, re-grouting, damage or areas of concern before work commences.
Cleaning is intended to clean existing grout; it is not a grout repair or re-grouting service.
By proceeding with the cleaning, the customer acknowledges and accepts the above limitations.
